Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we can offer free sample to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

     Note:the buyer bear the freight 

    
Q: What is the lead time?
A: if the cargo is in our stock ,Sample or few cargos is 1-3 days.if no stock ,mass production time is 15working days. 

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. If by sea ,it need about 1-2months.

Q: How to proceed the order if customized cargos?
A: First, Open new mold , and next is sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.
