The performance of FPM o ring.

   The hot resistance performance of FPM is better in common rubber. It can resistant up to 250 degree immediately, and it also can resistant the cold environment down to -40 degree. But it can resistant only 200~-20 degree for a long time.   Whole fluorine rubber o ring is the best hot resistance rubber o ring, which can resistant up to 300 degree , even up to 350 degree sometimes. When the temperature is between 25-250 degree , the Coefficient of expansion of whole fluorine rubber is 3.2*10-4?-1. The whole fluorine rubber will be larger than FPM 75% after it becomes to volume thermal expansion. In high temperature environment, we must think about expansion factor , or it makes rubber seal have no effect earlier. According to the characteristics of medium oil , such as The temperature condition of polar oil, non polar oil and oil,etc, to decide the degree of oil resistance.

Different levels of O ring, you should choose different types of rubber material. Such as: the medium oil is used at room temperature, butyl cyanide rubber can be guaranteed; if it is used under high temperature conditions, it is to choose the silicone rubber, fluorine rubber.
