The rubber seal material needs to have the following characteristics:

4, to wear, and have a certain anti tearing performance.
5, high temperature resistance, low temperature anti-aging properties.

Before installing oil seal rubber seals should be checked whether products are breaking, crack injury, surface roughness, hardness Rally scratches and other undesirable phenomena?checking if the journal surface is too rough, if have a long scar along the axial direction damage seal easily or accelerate lip 1: 3 wear, which damaging its sealing performance. (1)Because the water blocking rings seal are too thin or the water seal tank is too deep, water blocking rings seal cannot higher than the curved surface when it is put into the water tank .At that moment, the bottle of cylinder seal tank can be added a layer of asbestos rope wrapped, coated with water resistant calcium grease, and trap the water blocking ring into water seal tank, and then put pressure on people cylinder body seat hole.

(2)Because water blocking rings are too crude or water seal tank is too shallow, the water blocking rings are higher than the curved surface, at that moment, it’s not only to be difficult to install the cylinder liner, but also extrude rubber seal even squeeze cylinder badly ,you can polish rubber seal uniformly with gauze until the raised height of water blocking seal is appropriate . Then coated the rubber ring with grease,so it can be pressed into the seat holes of cylinder liner body .

       If the thickness of neckring is unevenness or the depth of the water seal tank is not same , the height of the protrusion is not uniform after the rubber ring is fitted with the cylinder liner .So you should carefully examine whether is the problem of rubber ring, or is the problem of water seal tank, there will be problem parts replaced.

     we should make sure to keep the silicone rubber o-ring clean and avoid making the dust when you install it before you put it into the water vat.After you do it,you need to check it if there are any problem of the groove.Clear away the dirt before the installation of cylinder liner.Don’t forget to daub layer of oil on the bearing hole of the surface,and then press it to the hole.
