How to use rubber sealing ring

When use rubber seals, always need to be replaced, such as the replacement in the field, no control valve should be pressed before parts replacement, the case should first be able to manipulate the flow of parts removable rear vent. Rubber sealing rings have many types, they can be divided into two types of forced and self-tight seal according to the principle of work. Forced seal is relying on the coupling parts (bolts) of the preload to ensure the top cover of the pressure vessel, the sealing element and the end of cylinder have a certain touch pressure, in order to achieve the effect of sealing. Self-tight seal is with the increase in the pressure vessel operating pressure, the sealing element and the top cover, the cylinder between the end of the touch pressure also increased, which reached the sealing effect. Self-tight seal characteristics is that the higher the pressure, sealing element on the touch surface of the pressing force is bigger,  the seal performance is better, when operating conditions change, it is still reliable seal. But the structure is more complex, production is more difficult. Self-tight seal can be also divided into axial self-tightening seal and radial self-tight seal according to the sealing element deformation method.

Rubber sealing rings according to the sealing material properties, high pressure sealing can be divided into the plastic deformation of the sealing element plastic sealing, so that the sealing element elastic deformation.

At present, there are several types of pressure vessels used in the seal:
1) Forced sealed has flat seals, Alcazar in sealing gasket and star anise;

2) semi-tight seal has double-cone seal;

3) Self-tight seals have a wedge seal, five German seal, hollow metal o?ring seal, C-ring seal, B-ring seal, triangular gasket, octagonal gasket, flat pad from tight seal and rubber o ring seals .
